4. Event Cancellations by Evibes
If your event is cancelled by Evibes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, platform errors, staffing issues), you will be entitled to a 100% refund of all charges paid. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule the event at no additional cost. \
6. How to Cancel an Event
To cancel an event and request a refund (if eligible):

Navigate to My Bookings.

Select the event you wish to cancel and click Cancel Event.

Confirm the cancellation. A timestamp will be recorded to determine refund eligibility.

You will receive an email with a summary of the cancellation and refund status.

7. Rescheduling an Event
If you prefer to reschedule your event instead of cancelling, we may be able to accommodate your request based on availability and event type. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event. No additional fees will be charged for the first reschedule.
