What is Evibes?
Evibes is a one stop party planner in Hyderabad. You can choose a design from our curated list, or upload your own design and we will recreate it.
How do I book a service?
Select the experience and send us a booking enquiry on WhatsApp. We confirm the date, share what's included, and hold your slot with only a 10% payment — the rest is due on event day.
Do I need to make full payment to book?
No. Only 10% holds your date. There is no full payment upfront — you pay the balance on the event day before setup begins.
Can I cancel the order?
Yes. You get up to 95% of the order value back if you cancel more than 24 hours before the event.
Which areas do you serve?
We cover Hyderabad and Secunderabad including Kondapur, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Kukatpally and Begumpet. Setups outside city limits carry an extra charge.
