Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge it and the advance is received. Advance is 10% of the booking value unless stated otherwise, with the balance due on the event day before setup begins.

Prices on this site are indicative of our standard packages. Final pricing is confirmed in writing for your specific date and venue.

Substitutions

Decoration is handmade and dependent on stock. Balloon shades, flower varieties and prop details may vary slightly from the photographs, which show previous real setups. The scale, layout and item counts listed on the product page are what we commit to.

Liability

Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, nor for damage caused by guests, pets or venue conditions after the setup is handed over.

Balloons, candles and lights are decorative items. Please keep them away from unsupervised children and open flame.

Intellectual property

Photographs, package descriptions and designs on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

This website

This is a static informational catalogue. It takes no online payments and stores no card details. All bookings and payments are arranged directly with us over phone or WhatsApp.
