Setup & Delivery Policy

What the price includes

Every listed price includes materials, labour and installation within Hyderabad city limits, plus removal of our own props after the event where applicable.

Locations beyond city limits carry an additional travel charge, which we quote before you pay any advance. This is stated as an exclusion on each product page.

Timing

Our crew typically arrives 2–4 hours before your event start time. Larger installations such as cabana or terrace setups may need longer, and we will tell you the arrival window at confirmation.

Please ensure someone is available to give the crew access to the space, along with a working power point for lights and LED props.

Your responsibilities at the venue

Permissions from your apartment association, hotel or venue management are your responsibility. We are happy to share setup details in writing to help you obtain them.

If the crew is turned away at the venue or kept waiting beyond an hour, the booking is treated as a same-day cancellation.

Cakes and perishables

Cakes and live food counters are delivered as close to the event time as practical. Flavour and design are matched as closely as possible, and we will call you if a substitution is unavoidable.
